Liesl's godmother, and my best friend of 18 years, sent Liesl this birthday gift. It's a handmade apron with tiny pockets for a couple dozen crayons. The wearer can tote crayons ALL OVER THE HOUSE and color at a whim.

Liesl also received a gift from Amy's parents, "Grandma" and "Grandpa" R., After 18 years, I still call them "Mom" and "Dad," even though I am no longer an adolescent (shut up, Amy.)
